We want you to love our lashes as much as we do! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your lashes, we offer a 30 day exchange for a lash of your choice. All that we ask is that you return them in their original packaging along with the invoice.

If you would like to make an exchange, please proceed to contact us via our Contact page. We will then instruct you on how you can return your item and place a new order for exchange.
We do not offer cash refunds for your purchase, however we do want you to be satisfied with your order. If you would like to make an exchange within the 30 days of your order, please contact us via our Contact page.
You are responsible for all shipping costs for exchange items, and we strongly recommend that you also obtain a tracking number from your courier, as we are not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit.
Please allow up to fourteen business days (from the date the return package was sent) for us to receive your package and process your exchange. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a confirmation email.
